Tariffs

The below are weekly rates, we offer stays of any amount of nights, to calculate the cost take the weekly rate divide by seven, times by the amount of nights required and add £35 one bedroom or £50 two bedroom

We are currently offering discounts for early bookings as below, these discounts will change as periods reach an acceptable level of bookings, minimum stay of seven nights

01st April 2018 – 13th April 2018 – 15% off of the tariff

14th April 2018 –  25th May 2018 – 30% off of the tariff

02nd June 2018 – 29th June 2018 – 15% off of the tariff

30th June 2018 – 20th July 2018 – 10% off of the tariff

01st September 2018 – 07th September 2018 – 10% off of the tariff 

08th September 2018 – 28th September 2018 – 25% off of the tariff

Holidays booked less than fourteen days prior to arrival less 15% (subject to availability).

Holidays booked less than seven days prior to arrival less 25 % (subject to availability).

All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit!
