Guernsey dog friendly self catering cottages
Unlike the apartments which are graded four star. “Mirus Cottage” and “The Wing” do not get graded. The reason for this is as follows:
In Guernsey there are three classes of property;
Open market – anyone can live in this property.
Local market – for local people or licence holders.
Holiday Accommodation – for visitors to the Island.
Whilst the apartments are Holiday Accommodation and get graded. “Mirus Cottage” and “The Wing” are officially Local Market. But we obtain a permit from Guernsey Tourism (The local Government department) which allows us, to accommodate visitors to the Island in them.
